There is nothing that will always keep the same in the world. In fact all the things are changing with the time passage., including me. I need to learn the good things and change my own bad habits with growing up. This is so called the transformation of life.

要想激勵(lì)自己的員工更努力的工作，首先要讓員工體會(huì)到，員工和企業(yè)是利益共同體（Community of interests），是彼此共同進(jìn)退的關(guān)系，我們共同努力的目標(biāo)只有一個(gè)，讓企業(yè)變得更強(qiáng)大；其次，因?yàn)槊總€(gè)人都有不同的需求，所以還要了解什么是他們目前最需要的，如何讓他們的需求得到最大的滿(mǎn)足，以此來(lái)激勵(lì)員工更努力的工作。
To motivate the employees to work harder, on the one side we should make the employees understand that the interests of employees and enterprises are the Community. In fact the employees and the enterprises have to make progress together. We should work hard to make our enterprise to become stronger, so that we also will benefit more. On the other side, we should manage to know about the need of the employees and to satisfy them. If the employees are satisfied with the company, they will work harder.
    10、Describe a time when you resolved a conflict?or How do you handle conflict?當(dāng)有沖突發(fā)生，一般都是因?yàn)閮蓚€(gè)人的意見(jiàn)不一致，而且對(duì)于有些事情根本沒(méi)有誰(shuí)對(duì)誰(shuí)錯(cuò)，所以沖突發(fā)生后，我會(huì)站在對(duì)方的立場(chǎng)來(lái)看問(wèn)題，找到彼此都能接受的看法。但基本上當(dāng)我發(fā)現(xiàn)兩個(gè)人的想法不一致的時(shí)候，我會(huì)換另外一個(gè)話(huà)題，來(lái)避免矛盾的發(fā)生。
Conflict may appear when two people do not agree with each other. And for some things, we can not tell who is right or wrong. So when the conflict appears, I will consider other’s view first and then to find a point of view which can be accepted by each other. But basically I will change into another subject to avoid the conflict.

    11、What is the hardest thing you ever did in your current job?當(dāng)我是發(fā)自?xún)?nèi)心想要去做的工作，我不會(huì)覺(jué)得有什么工作是困難的，相反如果覺(jué)得某份工作做起來(lái)覺(jué)得很難的話(huà)，多半是因?yàn)閷?duì)這份工作不感興趣，已經(jīng)厭倦了，再簡(jiǎn)單的工作都會(huì)覺(jué)得很困難。就像我之前做過(guò)一份推銷(xiāo)員的工作，推銷(xiāo)保健品，有人會(huì)覺(jué)得推銷(xiāo)一件產(chǎn)品真的很難，但我不這么認(rèn)為，當(dāng)我看到人們從對(duì)這個(gè)保健品全然不知到經(jīng)過(guò)我的講解后都愿意去購(gòu)買(mǎi)的時(shí)候，我就會(huì)很自豪，而且我也很愿意去嘗試用各種方法來(lái)增強(qiáng)我的說(shuō)服力去讓人家來(lái)購(gòu)買(mǎi)我的產(chǎn)品，我覺(jué)得我的自我價(jià)值得到了體現(xiàn)。
If I like the job, I do not think there will be any difficulties in the job. On the contrast, If I think this job is difficult, the main reason for that is that I am not interested in it. If I do not like this job, even though the job is easy, I will also feel difficult too. Just like before, I was a salesman of health care product. Some people think that it is difficult to sell a product. But I do not think so. I would like to make people know something about the product by my introduction. And I will be proud if the people buy them because of my persuading. And I also like to increase my power of persuading in many different ways so that I can feel my self-esteem.
    12、Do you consider yourself a loyal employee?
當(dāng)我真正喜歡上一個(gè)職業(yè)的時(shí)候，我會(huì)是這個(gè)企業(yè)里最忠誠(chéng)的員工之一。我會(huì)把我所有的精力投入到工作當(dāng)中去，我會(huì)把我的一生奉獻(xiàn)給這個(gè)企業(yè)。
If I really love the career I choose, I will be one of the most loyal employees in the enterprise. I will put all my energy in to the work and devote my life to the company.
    13、What did you like about your last job?  Or What have you learned from previous jobs?你覺(jué)得你以前的工作好在哪里？
以前我是一名推銷(xiāo)員，它讓我慢慢體會(huì)到我在這個(gè)社會(huì)扮演著怎樣的角色，教會(huì)我這樣一剛畢業(yè)的大學(xué)生如何從大學(xué)校園走向社會(huì)，教會(huì)了我如何成為一個(gè)服務(wù)型人員來(lái)服務(wù)這個(gè)社會(huì)。讓我深刻體會(huì)到服務(wù)行業(yè)的宗旨：顧客就是上帝。
I was a salesman in the past. It was my first job which makes me know that the role I play in the society. And it also teach me how to become a service-oriented staff in the world. I deeply appreciate the purpose of the service sector: Customer is God.    14、What did you dislike about your last job?
沒(méi)有發(fā)展空間，我不能一輩子只做推銷(xiāo)員，我有我自己的人生理想，我要去實(shí)現(xiàn)我的人生價(jià)值。I do not think the salesman will have a bright future. I have ideals. I am going to fulfill my value of  life
    15、What was your favorite job?     Why do you want to be a flight attendant? What part of being a flight attendant interests you most?  What is the best part of being a flight attendant?空中乘務(wù)員就是我最喜歡的工作之一，它可以帶我到世界各地去領(lǐng)略不同的當(dāng)?shù)匚幕?，帶我去?jiàn)識(shí)一些我從沒(méi)有見(jiàn)識(shí)過(guò)的東西。而且還可以遇到各行各業(yè)形形色色的人，與人交流是我最喜歡的事情之一。因?yàn)槿松邢蓿谟邢薜纳θヒ?jiàn)識(shí)的更多新鮮的事物，才能算不枉此生。
Stewardess is one of my favorite jobs. This job can take me to different parts of the world to experience the local culture, to see new things that I have never known, to meet different kinds of people in different careers and so on. As we known, the life is limited, so we need to expose ourselves to the new things to feel wonderful of life.
